Nigel Freston FRICS is an RICS registered Valuer and Director of Huthwaite Freston Wright.
Nigel has particular expertise in undertaking RICS Homebuyer Surveys, Valuations for tax purposes, expert witness reports including matrimonial valuations, land valuations, feasibility reports, Right to Buy Schemes, Shared Ownership, Leasehold Reform Act Valuations and Probate Valuations. He also has an extensive knowledge of the Social Housing Sector.
